Throughout the four-year full-time bachelor’s degree program, students are exposed to a comprehensive curriculum that covers a range of essential skills and knowledge.

As students progress into the second year, they delve into the diverse world of textile methods, exploring weaving, digital printing, and traditional printing techniques.

In the third year, students broaden their horizons as they dive into the realms of home and apparel design. They also acquire valuable marketing and management skills, preparing them for success in the competitive textile industry. Finally, in the culmination of their studies, the fourth year provides students with the opportunity to unleash their creativity and bring their personal ideas and inspirations to life through the design and production of their own textile collection.

Admission requirements

To apply for the Bachelor in Textile Design program at Iqra University Islamabad, students need to meet the following requirements:

Academic Qualifications:
- For Pakistani students: Minimum 45% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent A-level grades.
- For international students: Equivalent qualifications as determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Admission Test:
- Students are required to appear in the admission test conducted by Iqra University. The test assesses English language proficiency and analytical skills.
- Additionally, applicants need to take a drawing test to demonstrate their artistic abilities.
Document Submission:
- Students must provide all necessary documents, including academic transcripts, at the time of admission confirmation.
