December 07, 2013: Supply Chain Management Students of Iqra University Islamabad Campus have visited the warehousing facility of AGILITY LOGISTICS Pakistan under the supervision of Mr. Zeeshan Khan (Assistant Professor, Supply Chain Management). Students have witness the best practices adopted by leading logistics solutions provider in the region.
Mr. Sami Ullah Tarar (Logistics Manager North, AGILITY) & Mr. Imtiaz Ali (Logistics & Customer Services Officer, ENGRO FOODS) presented & shared their experience about AGILITY LOGISTICS (PVT) LTD., Material Handling Equipments & Material Storage Systems at MARGALLA-I site. Later students have experienced the Cold Storage facility (-30 degree centigrade) at MARGALLA-III site.
This proved to be a great learning experience for the Supply Chain Students. This successful study tour opened up a new chapter of Industry-academia relationship between Iqra University & Agility Logistics. To begin with three students of IUIC will be completing their Internships & Real time industry thesis/project in their warehousing facility.
